BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing The Hilltop Guesthouse. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following Booking Terms & Conditions.

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.

The details provided when making a reservation must be accurate, including the guest's name, contact details, dates of stay and number of guests.

A booking confirmation will be issued once your reservation has been successfully processed.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due on or before the check in date.

Payment Methods

We accept : PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Dinners club, Ecocash, Bank Transfers,  Cash.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers can be arranged through a trusted third-party transfer provider for the convenience of our guests.

Transfers must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and the provider's terms and conditions. Transfer costs are payable separately and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The Hilltop Guesthouse acts only as an arranger/intermediary for this service and does not operate the transfer service itself.

Special Requests

We are happy to consider special requests, including room preferences and arrangements for special occasions. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot always be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Guest Information

Guests may be required to provide valid identification and other information reasonably required for registration and legal purposes.

Damage or Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures or fittings by themselves or members of their party, beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Any damage should be reported to us as soon as possible.

Complaints

We want you to enjoy your stay. If you experience any issue, please contact us as soon as possible during your stay so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.
